I am a quantitative scientist with 3+ years of experience; focused on integrating complex data, statistical modeling, and domain knowledge in ecology, environment and biodiversity conservation, and healthcare to develop strategies and policies. Through diverse and interdisciplinary collaborations with academics, non-profit organizations and government organizations, I have contributed in developement of protocols for infectious disease surveillance, vaccination programs, biodiversity monitoring plans, and ecological risk assessments. To address complex heirarchical problems of natural system, I use Bayesian methods, geospatial modeling, and data-science using R and Python. I am experienced in data analysis, data-visualization, story telling with data, research design scientific publication, and review of peer-reviewed publications.
